Initail Consultation

This is where ideas begin to take shape. In this initial stage of design and styling, your vision is translated into clear design concepts and functional layout plans tailored to your space.

Curated sample boards are created to present the proposed materials, colours, textures, and finishes -setting the foundation for a cohesive and considered design direction.

Fees for this stage are confirmed after the initial consultation and are based on the scope of work outlined in your design brief. This phase is quoted as a fixed fee, tailored specifically to your project, providing clarity and confidence from the outset.

Stage 1 - Concept Phase

Once the concept direction is approved, the project progresses into a more detailed phase. This stage involves coordinating with trades, finalizing layout dimensions, confirming materials, and working through any on-site considerations that may arise.

Time is also allocated to arranging furniture and styling décor, ensuring everything comes together smoothly and reflects the design vision.

Due to the variable nature of this phase, it is charged at an hourly rate. Some projects may need only a few hours, while others—particularly those involving custom details or multiple site visits—may require more. Transparent time tracking and regular updates help keep everything clear and on track.

Stage 2 - Final Design & Build
